After you have cut down to maybe one of those products a day, you should begin to further focus on your weight loss diet by increasing your intake of lean meats, fruits and vegetables while increasing your daily amounts of activity. By exercising regularly and consuming proper amounts of lean meats and fish, your body will not only lose fat, but gain muscle. Because of this muscle gain, do not be alarmed if your weight goes up for a time. This is because muscle weighs more than fat.
